CRU MCAP™ System Training and Support
To assure proper application of the CRU MCAP System, Oakgroup provides reviewers, physician, and consultants training in both the logic underlying the MCAP Criteria and in the process of application. To best accommodate our clients’ needs with the least amount of workflow intrusion, we offer a variety of training modules, including on-site and web-based training.
Training

Support
Both clinical and technical support is available by phone during normal business hours. In addition, nurses are available to consult on difficult cases and to train new staff members.
